"My son has raced motorcross for ten years. This year we switched brands of bikes,and purchased the bike from another dealer. We were in desperate need of parts for the bike so he could be ready for the next race. We were told by our dealer no parts for a month, and received very little customer service. A friend at the race told us about Ken's Yamaha in Norway which is about a four hour drive for us. The customer sevice we received from Ken's Yamaha was beyond exceptional. They spent a lot of time but were able to track down all our parts. Hopefully the bike will be up and running for this weekend's race. Everyone will know the trophies earned the rest of the summer will be due to Ken's Yamaha. Thank you for your support and great customer service. The Jewetts"

"I did some research on-line before coming to Kens in Tamworth. Not being from the area I needed a pre-purchase inspection on a Yamaha ATV I could trust. I was impressed with the customer comment area of your site but was skeptical. You often read these customer comments and wonder if they were paid or given something in respose to great reviews. Sales departments are usually nice because they have to be. Service departments on the other hand are an entirely different matter. I didn't even buy the machine there, a Yamamha Big Bear 4x4. Well I have to be honest after the first visit I came away wanting to tell everybody what a fantastic experience I had there. Dale in service didn't know me from a hole in the wall and treated me like I was your best customer. He stopped what what he was doing and really took care of me. I really couldn't beleive the treatment and the level of concern he had with getting my machine ready for the weekend. The same thing happend the following Friday and Saturday when I went back to have them finish up work for parts they were waiting on. I can go on and on but I just wanted to let you all know how appreciative I am and that I have told countless people already. It really is worth the trip from where ever you are coming from. And as korny and cliche as this sounds, you do have a customer for life and can be sure that all my purchases will be at Kens.. Thanks Again Ray M Pasciuto Swampscott MA. and Wakefield NH. "

Since then my friends and I have gone back for 7 more ATV's and 2 Snowmobiles, and I'm sure there is more to come.
